Exchanges and Returns
Domestic Returns & Exchanges Essential Ritual will accept items purchased from essentialritual.com for store credit only within 15 days of purchase. Items returned must be in a new condition with all original packaging and tags in place.
Steps To Exchange An Item Customers will need to email customer service at orders.essentialritual@gmail.com for all exchange inquiries. Please include your order number, date of purchase and reason for exchange. All requests will be considered and responded to within a 24 hour time period of receipt.
- If a request is received after 2pm on Friday, the request will be responded to by the end of the business day on Monday. If the item is deemed acceptable for exchange, we will immediately email the customer a return authorization form that must be included with the item, along with a copy of the receipt.

- For International Orders: It is important to be aware that all international customer are responsible for the duties and taxes that come with any international purchase.Â
Damaged Items In the event that your jewelry arrives to you in a damaged condition, or if you have been send the wrong item, please email our store immediately at orders.essentialritual@gmail.com. We would be more than happy to shop you a replacement item at no fee.Â
